Therefore, I choose to use it to grow seedlings.
So I suggest this light had better be used at the seedling stage if want to be used at the growing area and flowering period especially when the flowering period, had better cooperate with a kind of HPS high-pressure sodium lamp or CMH gold halide lamp, can overcome this defect so.
